FAQ

I'm getting a lot of image icons on the page.

  • You probably have images turned off. Though understandable, much of our site is spaced using "invisible" graphics. These and other images on the site have been designed with a minimal amount of download time, so we would recommend turning on the "Show Images" option in your browser.

I get a pop-up box that says something about a 'Javascript Error.'

  • In creating this site, additional functionality has been added for browsers that support those features. We did our best, however, to ensure that these features are (a) not necessary to experience this site and (b) will not adversely affect the user experiencing this site.

If you have one of these errors, we recommend the following:

  • 1. Reporting the page that produced this result. Be sure to include the page's URL, its title and the type of browser which you are using.

  • 2. If you are using Netscape, MSIE or AOL browsers, consider upgrading to a more recent version of these browsers.

I think you did X wrong on this page. Did you consider doing Y?

  • Probably not. As most content providers are, we are discovering new ways to do things every day. If you think you have a better, quicker way of doing something that we are trying to do on the site, please consider sharing it with us.

Why did you use frames in certain sections?

  • Frames are common today on many content-rich web sites, such as spaceit.se. They are used to decrease page download time, enhance site navigation and improve overall information presentation leading to a superior user experience. Honestly, they allow spaceit.se to spend more time generating content instead of repeating code constantly.
